We are delighted to announce that, according to Railway Gazette International, Grand Central operates the fastest timetabled diesel train service in the world. Our 19:52 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange service has an average timetabled speed of 172.8 km/h (107.4mph) using a Class 180 train between London Kings Cross and Doncaster.
