Trains are now running normally following a fault with the signalling system in the Gillingham (Kent) area.
- No trains at Warnham
Trains are now running normally following a problem with the station lighting at Warnham.
- disruption through Horsham
Trains are now running normally following a trespass incident at Horsham.
- Reduced service on the Island Line until approximately 09:00
A shortage of train crew means fewer trains are able to run. As a result, trains between Ryde Pier Head and Shanklin may be cancelled.
Disruption is expected until approximately 09:00.
Customer Advice:
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on Southern Vectis 2 & 3 between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin between the times of 05:00 and 09:30.
There is a rail replacement bus confirmed to shuttle between Ryde Esplanade and Ryde Pier Head from 05:20 until 09:00 however, this is not running to a timetable.

- No trains between Stalybridge / Penistone and Mirfield from Saturday 30 August until Sunday 28 September
Engineering work is taking place between Stalybridge / Penistone and Huddersfield / Mirfield, closing various lines.
Northern
From Saturday 30 August to Friday 5 September:
- Trains between Huddersfield and Bradford Interchange will not run
- Trains between Huddersfield and Leeds via Dewsbury will be diverted to run between Bradford Interchange and Leeds via Halifax and Brighouse
- Trains between Wigan Wallgate and Leeds will run between Wigan Wallgate and Todmorden and between Halifax and Leeds via Brighouse / Dewsbury
Replacement bus services will run between Sheffield / Barnsley / Penistone and Huddersfield.
Replacement bus services (provided by TransPennine Express) will run between Huddersfield and Dewsbury.
TransPennine Express
From Saturday 30 August until Friday 5 September
As part of the Transpennine Route Upgrade Improvement Work at Huddersfield, trains will not run between Stalybridge and Mirfield, and will be diverted via Brighouse.
TransPennine Express services across the railway network will be subject to amendments for the duration of the works.
Replacement bus services will run between:
- Guide Bridge and Huddersfield (Sunday only)
- Huddersfield and Brighouse
- Manchester Airport and Brighouse (not Sunday)
- Stalybridge and Huddersfield
- Wakefield Kirkgate and Huddersfield

- Amended late night Great Western Railway services to / from London Paddington from Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 September
Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Hayes & Harlington, closing some lines.
As a result, the 23:14 London Paddington to Oxford will depart slightly later than usual, at 23:16.
The following trains will arrive at London Paddington a few minutes later than normal:

The 20:27 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh service will terminate at Newcastle.
Tuesday and Wednesday:
The 06:23 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross service will start from Newcastle at 07:57.

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Milton Keynes Central and Northampton, closing some lines.
After 22:00 train services from London Euston to Northampton will run between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central only. Rail replacement buses will operate between Milton Keynes Central and Northampton.
The 22:06 Birmingham New Street to London Euston service will not call at Long Buckby and Northampton and will run slightly earlier between Wolverton and Tring.

Engineering work is taking place between Exeter St Davids and Exmouth, closing all lines from Monday evening until Thursday morning.
Monday to Wednesday:
The 23:40 Exeter St Davids to Exmouth will not run and will be replaced by road transport at 23:41 from Exeter St Davids to Exmouth calling all stations.
Tuesday to Thursday:
The 00:19 Exmouth to Exeter St Davids will not run and will be replaced by road transport at 00:19 from Exmouth to Exeter St Davids calling all stations, arriving at Exeter St Davids at 01:31.
If you are connecting at Exeter St Davids with the 21:45 (Mon-Wed) Penzance to London Paddington âNight Rivieraâ Sleeper service, you will need to travel earlier than normal, and travel on the 23:20 (Mon-Wed) Exmouth to Exeter St Davids instead.

- Buses replace late night trains between London Bridge and Streatham Hill / Norwood Junction from Monday 1 to Thursday 4 September
Engineering work is taking place between New Cross Gate and Norwood Junction, closing various lines in the area overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
London Overground:
It is not yet known how London Overground will be affected by this engineering work.
Southern:
From approximately 23:45 until the end of service on Monday to Wednesday evenings and at the end of service on Thursday, no trains will run between London Bridge and Norwood Junction via New Cross Gate and Sydenham.
Some trains will be diverted via alternative routes with extended journey times.
Replacement buses will run between London Bridge and East Croydon and between Streatham Hill and London Bridge.

Engineering work is taking place between Witham and Colchester, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Thursday morning.
Monday to Wednesday:
The 23:02 London Liverpool Street to Ipswich service will terminate at Colchester. Passengers for Manningtree and Ipswich should change at Colchester for the 23:30 London Liverpool Street to Norwich service.
The 23:48 London Liverpool Street to Colchester services will be replaced by a bus service between Witham and Colchester.
Tuesday to Thursday:
The 00:18 London Liverpool Street to Colchester services will be replaced by a bus service between Witham and Colchester.
The 00:46 London Liverpool Street to Colchester services will be replaced by a bus service between Witham and Colchester.
The 04:41 Colchester to London Liverpool Street service will start from Witham at 04:58. A connecting rail replacement bus service will be in operation from Colchester to Witham, departing Colchester at 04:10, Marks Tey at 04:26, and Kelvedon at 04:38, arriving at Witham at 04:48 and connecting with the train.

Monday and Tuesday:
The 23:30 Cardiff Central to Bristol Temple Meads service will run 5 minutes later than usual between Severn Tunnel Junction and Patchway.
Monday to Thursday:
The 23:30 Cardiff Central to Bristol Temple Meads service will not call at Stapleton Road or Lawrence Hill. Replacement buses will run between Filton Abbey Wood and Bristol Temple Meads, calling at Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill.
Wednesday and Thursday:
The 22:46 London Paddington to Swansea service (terminating at Neath) will run 5 minutes later than usual between Bristol Parkway and Newport.

Engineering work is taking place at a number of places on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:
From 23:45 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Gillingham and Faversham. A connecting train will run from Faversham to Ramsgate.
The 23:20 and 23:50 London St Pancras International to Faversham trains will be replaced by accessible buses between:
- Ebbsfleet International and Gillingham calling at all stations except Higham
- Gillingham and Faversham calling at Rainham and Sittingbourne
From 23:20 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea.
Monday to Thursday:
From 23:45 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Maidstone East and Ashford International.
The 22:25 and 23:25 London Victoria to Ashford trains will be diverted between Otford and Ashford International to run via Sevenoaks. Change at Otford for a connecting service to Maidstone East, and the onward replacement bus for stations to Ashford International.
The 00:25 London Victoria to Ashford train will be diverted between Otford and Ashford to run via Sevenoaks. Change at Sevenoaks for an accessible bus, calling at Borough Green and all stations to Ashford International via Maidstone East
Tuesday to Friday:
From 00:15 until the end of service, services between London Victoria and Orpington via Beckenham Junction will be diverted between London Victoria and Shortlands. The 00:27 London Victoria to Orpington will stop additionally at Denmark Hill. Accessible replacement buses will run from Denmark Hill to Orpington via Beckenham Junction stations and from Bromley South to London Victoria calling at all stations except Brixton.
If you are travelling to / from Brixton, you can use London Underground between Victoria and Brixton at no extra cost.
Wednesday and Thursday:
The 23:07 London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Dover Priory and Ramsgate calling at all stations except Thanet Parkway.

The 23:22 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will not call at Lostock or Salford Crescent.

- Amended late night / early morning East Midlands Railway services to / from London St Pancras International from Monday 1 to Friday 5 September
Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the East Midlands Railway network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday to Thursday:
The 22:47 London St Pancras International to Corby train will depart Bedford later than scheduled at 23:48, it will continue to run up to 26 minutes later throughout.
The 23:04 London St Pancras International to Derby train will depart Wellingborough later than scheduled at 00:30, it will continue to run up to 27 minutes later through to Derby. It will not call at Long Eaton. A rail replacement bus will run from East Midlands Parkway to Derby, calling at Long Eaton.
The 23:35 London St Pancras International to Nottingham train will depart Kettering later than scheduled at 01:22, it will continue to run up to 56 minutes later throughout. It will terminate at Derby. A rail replacement bus will run from East Midlands Parkway to Nottingham, calling at Beeston.
Tuesday to Friday:
